I began my career as a software engineer in the telecommunications industry before transitioning into the Epicor space, where I had the opportunity to work directly at Epicor as part of their R&D team. Over time, new opportunities led me into consulting, where I discovered a true passion for working closely with end users—understanding their business, helping them implement and optimize their software, and ultimately making a tangible impact on their operations.​​
